Don Parr is a Dallas-based artist whose works portray the functional aesthetic of aerostructure design--an elegant balance of strength, weight, and aerodynamic efficiency. He captures the essence of this aesthetic with bold, engaging artworks and sculptures that reveal the the highly specialized construction methods and materials used in early and modern aircraft.

He continues to experiment with designs and materials to expand the breath and intensity of his work.

Don Parr is represented by the Mary Tomas Gallery in Dallas, Texas, and LIVEASPENART, Aspen, Colorado.

He is a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and is an Artist Member of The American Society of Aviation Artists (ASAA) asaa-avart.org
